The Antigua Pier Group, through various initiatives with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, is entirely committed to meeting the needs of cruise lines and cruise passengers and preparing for the future. Fundamental to this objective are the efforts of APG’s Marketing initiatives. As Manager, Conrad brings with him, a wealth of experience in management as a former investment banker in New York. There are many challenges that are associated with guiding a new entity into a competitive business environment, but Conrad is firmly committed to helping make Antigua and Barbuda the best brand in Caribbean tourism. He is also mindful of the high level of personalized service that is expected for a positive visitor experience, and it is his goal to further enhance the development and expansion of the proposed Waterfront Development Project, which he feels will put Antigua and Barbuda on the cutting edge of cruise tourism in the Eastern Caribbean.

CHARMAINE EPHRAIM
Chief Accountant

Charmaine Ephraim joined the Antigua Pier Group Limited in June 2009. She heads the Accounts Department as Chief Accountant. She is directly responsible for establishing, maintaining and implementing all accounting procedures for the company. Additionally, Ms. Ephraim ensures the management and collection of Cruise Passenger Tax receivables and servicing of the loan for the Nevis Street Pier. She holds a Baccalaureate in Commerce Honours Accounting Degree from the University of Ottawa, Canada. She brings to the company 15 years of experience in accounting and business administration. Prior to joining APG, Ms. Ephraim worked for the St. John’s Development Corporation for several years as Assistant Accountant, and was responsible for Accounts Receivables. Prior to her role as Assistant Accountant, she was responsible for Accounts Payable, the supervision of the accounting staff under her control, and provided accounting support to the Accounts Payable Department. Before joining APG, Ephraim also held the position of Accountant at Richards and Company.

NIEKESHA LAKE
Secretary/Administrative Assistant

The newest addition to the APG team is Niekesha Lake who is the company's Secretary/Administrative Assistant. She efficiently and professionally oversees the general office administration of the company. Being a member and a past President of the Rotaract Club of Antigua, she comes from a background of organizational, leadership and project management roles, which goes hand in hand with the company's vision. She handles all printed and electronic correspondences along with the management and advancement of the website. Other important responsibilities involve interacting with key clients, cruise partners, government officials and visitors to assist in the overall development of the company and Antigua's Cruise Tourism Industry.
